Renewing an item in Clio is easy!
- On or before the due date, log into your Clio account.
- Click on History in the Navigation bar.
- Use the Filter drop-down on the left side of your screen to select titles “On Loan” to view what you already have checked out.
- Find the item(s) you wish to renew and click the “Request Renewal” box.
Note that this is only a request for a renewal, not a guarantee.
- If you have an email address associated with your Clio account, you will get an email notification when you request a renewal AND if your item was renewed or not. See a screenshot of what this email looks like below; the email comes from ill@cliohosting.com so if you don't see it, check your Junk or Spam folders, and/or add this email to your contacts.
- If you do not have an email address, you will need to log into your Clio account to check if your renewal was granted or not, or contact your local Lewis & Clark Library location and request staff assistance with helping you check your account for this information.
