Log into Clio.

Click “History” in the top navigation bar.

All of the requests you have placed in Clio will be visible here.

There are two options to sort/view in History on the left side of this page.

  • The first is “Filter.” The default view you see is “Recent Requests,” but you can change this to “In Process” -- which is requests you have submitted but which another institution has not yet confirmed they will lend to us. You can also select “On Loan” to see ILL requests you currently have checked out, as well as "Returned" for previous requests that are finished (i.e. the item has been returned).

  • The second is “Sort by.” The default view you see is “Request date, recent first.” You can change this to Title A-Z, which will sort your requests by the item title. The other option is Title Z-A, if you want to see your requests sorted by title, by starting closest to the end of the alphabet.
