Navigate to the Clio login page from the library website.
Beneath the login fields for library card and password, there is a link for “Forgot your Password?”
The next page will ask you to enter your full 14 digit Lewis & Clark Library card number that you used to register for your Clio account.
Enter your library card number then press the “Reset Password” button.
After submitting, you will see a confirmation page stating that an email has been sent to the address associated with your Clio account.
This email will be sent from ill@cliohosting.com. Check your email inbox and if you don’t see it, check your Junk/Spam folder too.
There will be a temporary password to use to log back into your Clio account. You can then update your password once you are logged in: for help doing that, check out our FAQ on updating your account information.
