This error message (seen in below screenshot) has come up because:
- You received a replacement library card or
- You are an out-of-county cardholder and do not have access to Kanopy.
If you’ve received a replacement library card, log into Kanopy and go to My Account - My Libraries.
Under Active Libraries, click the three dots at the end of Lewis & Clark Library (LCL) box (in the top right hand corner) to Edit your LCL membership information.
Type in your new library card number and click the save button. Once you've updated new library card number, your Kanopy account should now work again.
If you are an out-of-county user, you will see an error message like in the below screenshot. Access is not currently available for non-Lewis & Clark County residents unless you pay taxes in Lewis & Clark County. If this is your situation, please contact the library (406-447-1690) so we can update your account.
