Clio will send an email to the address on your Clio account. Just to be safe, make sure you add ill@cliohosting.com to your email contact list. This way, Clio's message won't get caught in your spam/junk folder. 

If you do not have email, we will call the phone number on your Clio account or send a postcard if you do not have a phone. Please note that phone and postcard communications are not as immediate as email notification as email notifications are automated by Clio when our staff mark the item as received.  

Great news! Once your Interlibrary Loan arrives, you can pick it up at the front desk of the library location you indicated on the initial request.  

FYI the item is checked out to you once it is received by the library and can be viewed in your Clio account (not your Library Account).
