It typically takes about 1-3 weeks to receive your Interlibrary Loan.
In rare cases, it might take up to 6 weeks. Most of that time is spent on shipping the item to and from the library; if your item is coming from a library further away from us in the United States or is being shipped during a holiday season when things are busier than usual, could also be reasons for a longer wait time.
To see if your ILL request is in transit, log into your Clio account and click “History” to view your requests. You can check on the item’s status, such as seeing if it is in transit, here.
