You can request up to 10 Interlibrary Loan items each month. Not all requests are guaranteed to be filled and still count toward your monthly limit. If staff are searching for items to ILL for you, they can search for up to 10 items a month, whether they find them or not.
If you've requested a title recently, you'll need to wait at least 3 months before requesting it again. You can see titles you requested in Clio by logging into your Clio account and clicking the “History” link in the top navigation bar.
Please note that requests do not equal items received: we may not be able to get your requested item because other libraries are not able—or willing—to lend it to us. Those unfilled requests count towards your monthly total as they still require our staff’s time to search for, and process, them.
