Does the Library offer SMS messaging?/How do I sign up for SMS messaging?
The Library offers an SMS messaging system that can send you the following types of notifications:
- Overdue items
- Holds pickup notices
- Direct messages from the Library
- General announcements
The Library will only use your cell phone information for the listed uses, and will never provide it to any third-party service or use it for any reason not listed above.
How to sign up for SMS messaging
To sign up for SMS messaging, sign in your account online.

Once logged in, click on the option at the top to view your personal information
Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and expand the section called SMS Text Messaging
Fill out your information and select which types of notifications you would like to receive
After filling out the box, click on the save button.
How do unsubscribe to SMS messaging
Log into your online account
Click on the Personal Information tab and then click on the SMS messaging option
Click on the trash icon on the left next to the phone number to remove it.
