The Library offers remote printing capabilities in all branches using a mobile app or using a webpage.

Each branch offers color and black and white printing options.  The cost is 10¢ per black and white page, and 50¢ per color page.  You will pay for your print job at the library before it is printed.

There are two ways to send print jobs to be printed, using the mobile app or using a website.

Mobile App Printing

Install the mobile app from either the Play store or Apple store or use the QR code to go directly to the app store to install the app.

If you use the QR code, the Printer-ID will be automatically filled in.  If you did not, you will need to enter the Printer-ID manually.

Augusta - 107333
East Helena - 107332
Helena - 107331
Lincoln - 107334

From the mobile app, click and browse to select the file or files to be printed.  Clicking on the Key icon will show options including the number of copies and color choices.

After adding items, click on the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions then click on Continue. You must next enter their email address. This is used to release the print jobs at the library.

The app will notify you when the job is ready. It should only take a few seconds. Proceed to the library and then to the print release station (in Helena, you release your own print jobs at the print release station, at the Augusta, East Helena, and Lincoln branches, talk with a staff member to release your jobs).  You will need to provide the email address you used to send the job and pay for the prints.

Laptop Printing

On the next page, browse and add the items you want to send to the printer.  They can select more than one.

For each item, you can click on the choices given for color and number of copies.  When finished, click on the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, then click on Continue.

You will be prompted to enter your email address that you will use to release the jobs at the library.
